Benefits of Kegel exercise for men.

  1. To identify your pelvic floor muscles, squat or strain to go to the bathroom, tightening your muscles to keep yourself from passing gas. These maneuvers use your pelvic floor muscles.
  2. Try to tighten your pelvic floor muscles, hold for a few seconds, and then release. Do this a few times in a row. When you get more comfortable, try doing these exercises while sitting, standing, or walking.
  3. When doing Kegel exercises, focus on flexing only your pelvic floor muscles. Be careful not to flex the muscles in your abdomen, thighs or buttocks. Avoid holding your breath. Instead, breathe freely during the exercises.
  4. Do this on regular basis 4–5 times a day
  1. While brushing your teeth.
  2. After urinating
  3. Practice to get before abdominal activity like coughing, sneezing, laughing and heavy lifting!
